Position Purpose
The Veterinary Campus Recruiter provides the critical role of promoting the Heartland employment brand among veterinary students, engaging veterinary students in impactful ways, and developing a pipeline of potential DVM candidates across a portfolio of veterinary schools. The Veterinary Campus Recruiter will report directly to the Director of Campus Recruiting. This is a full-time remote role.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Develop pipeline of veterinary students interested in employment with Heartland
- Coordinate and attend campus engagement events (lectures, career fairs, networking events)
- Promote DVM externship program and attract high potential students to the externship program
- Create and maintain high touch candidate experience with high potential students
- Support the development of strategy and execute on initiatives at each school within a respective territory
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 3+ years experience in the veterinary industry or 2+ years experience in professional clinical (medical, dental, physical therapy, etc.) recruiting setting
- Demonstrates professional and courteous presentation consistently with internal and external audiences
- Able to travel up to 50% with travel heaviest in fall and spring, travel may be upon short notice
- Ability to lift and carry equipment up to 25 pounds
- Preferred: Experience with iCIMS ATS and CRM

Pay Range:
USD $65,000.00 - USD $80,000.00 /Yr.- Associate Veterinarian - Walton County Animal Clinic DeFuniak Springs, Florida Walton County Animal Clinic
