Overview

As a veterinarian at Heartland Veterinary Partners, you will provide quality care to patients and empathetic service to clients. You will partner with other veterinarians, technicians, and client service representatives to operate as an efficient and productive team.

At Woodhaven Animal Health, we pride ourselves on educating our clients to be empowered pet owners as well as the friendly, fun environment we've created amongst our team members. In addition to our wonderful culture, our doctors are supported by an incredibly experienced support staff with multiple certified veterinary technicians.

Position Purpose:

Associate Veterinarian (DVM) in Plover, WI

Flexible schedule - PT/FT

Our multi-doctor practice is built around longer appointment times, strong technician support, and a genuinely positive culture where people work well together and enjoy coming to work. With a 2:1 tech-to-DVM ratio, experienced support staff, and an average of just 14 patients per doctor each day, our veterinarians have the time to connect with clients, fully work up cases, and practice thoughtful medicine without burnout.

Compensation & Perks

  • Salary: $115,000 – $145,000 Plus Production
  • Sign-On Package: Up to $100,000

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries.
  • Operate diagnostic equipment and collect diagnostic samples as well as interpret results.
  • Advise pet owners on preventative care and treatment options.
  • Perform surgery and prescribe medication as needed.
  • Provide counsel around pet end of life care.
  • Maintain patients’ medical records.
  • Ensures compliance with veterinary ethics and relevant statues, policies, and procedures.

Pay Range:

USD $115,000.00 - USD $145,000.00 /Yr.
