As a veterinarian at Heartland Veterinary Partners, you will provide quality care to patients and empathetic service to clients. You will partner with other veterinarians, technicians, and client service representatives to operate as an efficient and productive team.

North Bay Animal Hospital is a full service veterinary hospital providing quality medical, surgical and dental care to our highly valued patients. Our professional and courteous staff is committed to promoting responsible pet ownership, and preventative and wellness health care to our patrons.

We have access to digital radiography, state-of-the-art in-house lab equipment, as well as updated dental and anesthesia units. Our very own North Bay Animal App is a great complement to our thriving Facebook page, and a direct texting service allows our clients easy access to our hospital team during business hours. 

We strive to offer excellence in veterinary care to Lynn Haven, and the surrounding areas. Originally founded in 1975, we proudly carry on a 50 year legacy!

Associate Veterinarian – North Bay Animal Hospital (Lynn Haven, FL)

Essential Responsibilities:

  • What You’ll Get To Do (aka Your Superpowers)

    • Examine and treat companion animals to detect and determine the nature of disease or injuries.

    • Operate diagnostic equipment, collect samples, and actually know what they mean (interpretation = your jam).

    • Advise pet parents on preventative care and treatment options.

    • Perform surgery and prescribe medications like the pro you are.

    • Provide counsel during those tender end-of-life moments.

    • Keep medical records neat and tidy.

    • Practice medicine in line with veterinary ethics, statutes, and procedures (a.k.a. be the awesome, responsible DVM you were trained to be).

Caseload variety keeps every day interesting—routine spays/neuters plus cystotomies, FHOs, amputations, enucleations, C-sections, and more. It’s a great mix for a doctor who loves flexing surgical skills.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • What We’re Looking For

    • Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM/VMD) degree

    • State licensure (or eligibility)

    • DEA/BNDD eligibility

    • Strong communication and teamwork skills

    • Commitment to compassionate, high-quality care

USD $100,000.00 - USD $120,000.00 /Yr.
