As a veterinarian at Heartland Veterinary Partners, you will provide quality care to patients and empathetic service to clients. You will partner with other veterinarians, technicians, and client service representatives to operate as an efficient and productive team.

Beginning back in 2008, our once small practice has now expanded greatly over the last 15 years to accommodate nearly 35 staff.
Family has always been at the center of how Palms West Veterinary Hospital operates, and it shows in the number of clients we have grown to see over these years. What began as a small community clinic has grown into a bustling, full-service practice with nearly 35 dedicated team members. Located in the heart of Wellington, FL, we proudly serve Royal Palm Beach, Loxahatchee, and beyond—caring for over 30,000 pets (and counting!) with compassion, integrity, and a whole lot of heart.

What You’ll Be Doing:
Performing thorough exams and diagnostics on companion animals.
Creating and executing personalized treatment plans.
Guiding pet parents through preventive care, treatment options, and post-care instructions.
Performing surgeries (routine and soft-tissue) and prescribing medications.
Delivering compassionate end-of-life care when needed.
Keeping detailed, accurate, and timely patient records.
Upholding the highest standards of veterinary ethics and hospital protocols.
What We’re Looking For:
A Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) degree from an AVMA-accredited institution.
An active (or easily transferable) FL veterinary license.
DEA/BNDD eligibility.
Excellent communication skills and a client-first mindset.
A compassionate, collaborative, and team-oriented attitude.
Ability to lift 25 lbs. unassisted (more with a buddy!).
