Our veterinary team take a hands-on approach to veterinary medicine – we’re down to earth and practical but with all the technology and skill required for a state-of-the-art practice.
Position Purpose:
Come extern with us!
Heartland Veterinary Partners' Externship Program works to provide veterinary students with hands-on experience and mentorship to help have them 'practice ready' by their first day in practice.
Externships are typically 2 weeks long and Heartland will cover the cost of lodging if needed.
Length of externship is flexible & we can support your preceptorship documentation as well.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Eligibility
Must be currently enrolled in an AVMA Accredited Veterinary School
Must be able to provide student PLIT
- Associate Veterinarian Minneapolis-St. Paul-Bloomington, Minnesota France Avenue Pet Hospital
- Veterinarian East Pensacola Heights, Florida Animal Hospital of Beulah
- Veterinarian - Good Friends Animal Hospital Urbana, Illinois Good Friends Animal Hospital
- Veterinarian - Rock Island Animal Hospital Rock Island, Illinois Rock Island Animal Hospital
