Position Purpose

Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Systems Analyst is responsible for providing general desktop and user support to the Support Center and to our practices. This is a hybrid role that requires at least three in-office days per week at our Chicago office.

Essential Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Windows desktop operations systems and PC hardware.
  • Triage incoming support tickets and escalate as necessary.
  • Create and update IT documentation.
  • Assist with IT infrastructure projects as needed.

Requirements/Qualifications:

  • 1+ year of IT infrastructure experience.
  • Experience working on an IT Help Desk.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills along with solid typing skills.
  • Stable, high-speed Internet when working from home..
  • Flexibility – must be comfortable working in a growing environment and the change that entails.

Pay Range:

USD $50,000.00 - USD $60,000.00 /Yr.
