Position Purpose
Reporting to the Director of IT Operations, the Systems Administrator is responsible for providing general desktop, server, and network support to the Support Center. In addition, they will assist with the management of Microsoft 365, Azure, and other cloud resources, collaborating closely with other departments to support their goals. This is a hybrid role that requires at least three in-office days per week at our Chicago office.

Essential Responsibilities:
- Provide intermediate to advanced technical support for workstations, servers, and networks for our Support Center and our practices.
- Manage Microsoft 365, Microsoft Azure, and other cloud infrastructure environments.
- Create and update IT documentation.
- Assist with IT infrastructure projects.
Requirements/Qualifications:
- 4+ years of IT infrastructure experience.
- Experience administering Microsoft 365 and Microsoft Azure environments.
- Good written and verbal communication skills along with solid typing skills.
- Stable, high-speed home Internet when working from home.
- Azure AZ104, Microsoft 365 MS102, or other industry certifications is a plus.

Pay Range:
